Illustrated Recipe in Get Spicy Book

An exciting new book from They Draw and Cook

My Spicy Salmon Burgers illustrated recipe has been published in They Draw and Cook latest recipe booklet – Get Spicy.

I got my copy of the book before Christmas and was excited to see my recipe in print!  It’s a small book but it’s packed full with beautiful illustrations and hot recipes to try. You’ll find everything you need to spice up your cooking from drinks and sauces to side dishes and main courses. There’s even spicy chocolate muffins!

A healthy recipe (even if you can’t taste it)

I normally illustrate family favourites, yet I had only cooked these tasty burgers once when Salli at They Draw and Cook asked for spicy recipes submissions for a new book. I had fun illustrating the recipe, just look at the coriander leaves flying on the page!

The spicy salmon burgers are now a favourite with all the family. What’s more the kids say ‘It don’t taste as if you are eating healthy food’… it can only be a winner!

Get Spicy is a slim paperback book. It showcases 30 hot recipes from 30 artists from all over the world – each page brings new flavours and a different artistic style. It’s a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Well worth a read for anyone interested in cooking and/or art.
